A flashing red timing-scam light on the dashboard for Petty Cash being filled up by enacted Motions and emptiable “at any time”, though - which in practice will mean “by the Motion-enacting admin”, making it a timing issue to get there first.

Investigations Committee may “specify what was given in exchange” incorrectly, and still steal the money; not every investigation can be verified. Also the admin enacting Motion I is at an advantage to immediately grab the money (how much, by the way? also not specified clearly)

for aforementioned issues.

I think the “and” on the name/specify/move means that you have to do all three correctly. And yes, “specify what was given in exchange” is unprovable, and easily circumvented by attaching secret extra clauses to any deal (“0.1 Money for you to vote for my Motion, and to not make any knock-knock jokes this dynasty”).

Oh, one more point. To cite Kevan, “The intention here is to try for a dynasty without any instantaneous actions, to see what happens - all game actions should be in the form of proposals to amend the gamestate” Petty Cash doesn’t fit here

Passing Money to other Clerks is already instantaneous, in fairness. But Petty Cash does introduce a race condition.

Though strictly speaking transferring money is also instantaneous.. But it at least doesn’t have those timing issues

yeah, this seems to go agaisnt the spirt of the commitiees. it seems abusable, and the whole timing dpedant thing seems bad.
