Beter Zuber’s Stick: A very convincing replica of a legendary Stick wielded by a certain hero. The Blogger who wields it can perform as if they had the stats of another Blogger (of the Manager’s choice).

Grant a Beter Zuber’s Stick to the Manager who has included into a comment on this proposal the highest value of X, where X has been included into a string of the form “I bid X to this item”, X is equal to or higher than Y*1.1; where Y is the second-highest value of a submitted X, X is a non-negative integer and X is an amount equal or lower than the amount of Cash they currently have. Remove X Cash from that Manager as well.

Bootleg auction for a bootleg item with bootlegging powers, let’s go!

The other issue here is that the second highest bid need not be 1.1x the third highest bid and the amount bid need not be an integer.
