Proposal: Black Market Training
In the rule “Roles {I}”, replace the sentence that starts with “Where a Role has a weekly action defined for it” with the following:
Training is an action where a Participant rolls 6DICE8 and subtracts the result of that dice roll from 72, the result of that subtraction being known as the Training Time for that Training. Where a Role has a weekly action defined for it, if a Participant who has that Role has not performed Training since that Participant’s Role was most recently changed, they may perform Training. That Participant may not use the weekly action defined for that Role until they have held that Role continuously for a number of hours equal to one of the following:
* The Training Time from that Participant’s performance of Training since their Role was most recently changed
* 72 hours if Training has not been performed by that Participant since their Role was most recently changed
Nobody is using the “weekly action” Roles because it takes to long to be able to use them. This allows a time range that is more useful, ranging from 1 day to 3 days but averaging 2 days. We could just have a fixed 48 hours instead, but this makes it a little more interesting so there isn’t a flood of “weekly actions” right at the 48-hour mark.

“That Participant may not use the weekly action defined for that Role until they have held that Role continuously for a number of hours equal to one of the following:” - if I’ve held Driver for 72 continuous hours at some point in the past, I can arguably use the Driver action right after getting the role a second time under this wording.
