Enact proposal “[BLO] Ok, I’ll make it legal and stylish this time”

Create a new rule called “Welcome to the party!”:

The Stylist is such a nice fellow that e even invites people from other factions to the BLO parties. Because of this, the Stylist is allowed to unidle any idle Citizen at any time.

GNO cannot veto this time, because they are under hiatus, and because the Fealty rule has been smashed.

On the contrary! It acomplishes lots. See, I want to unidle people… but I don’t want them to stay that way. The mere act of idling and unidling them is what this ruling is about.
