In rule Evolutionary Currency, add to the end of the bulleted list under “DNA Points may only be earned in the following ways:”:

* Any time a proposal is Enacted, the Admin doing the Enactment may raise once eir own DNA points by 25%, round down, of the amount the Author of the Proposal has received. This is cumulative to any other bonus that Admin should receive or be entitled due to that enactment.

25% seems like a large bonus. While a bonus is good… is 25% really the right amount considering some people are not admins?

1. They can always try to become one.

2. 25% would top at 13 in a (unlikely) unanimous proposal with 11 votes. It would likely circle around 10 points/proposal.

3. This Proposal intends to make other people, besides me, enact proposals… My last ones aged to 93 hours old…

Yeah. I guess.

And sorry about not enacting the proposals. When I had the time, I totally forgot about it, and I never actually made the time because there was never a non-admin who needed the pending proposal list cleared to make more proposals.
