Renumber the Second-hand goods page such that every Category is numbered sequentially (Antiques is 1, Art is 2, Baby is 3, etc).
In Rule 2.2 “Second-Hand Goods”, after “Each Seller owns zero or more Goods, tracked as a text list in the GNDT.” add
A Good can either be Static or Appreciating.
In the same Rule, before “By default, a Seller has no Goods.” add
Goods with a Category of either 1 or 2 are Appreciating; all other Goods are Static.
Currently, the items in the Second-Hand Goods page don’t match with the rules, which is something of a problem.
