Replace the sentence that reads “To use an Active Effect, a Kaiju must pay its Activation Cost in Prestige.” in the rule “Aspects” with

To use an Active Effect, a Kaiju must pay its Activation Cost.

For every Aspect in that rule whose Activation Cost is an integer x, replace that cost with “x Prestige.”

Add the following to the list of Aspects in the rule “Aspects:”

• Title: Exploit Alliance
  Active Effect: Gain control of any Aspect with an active Story Post. No further Bid Comments on that Story Post are considered valid thereafter.
  Activation Cost: 1 Lab Token
  Restrictions: When using Exploit Alliance, you must post a comment noting that you have gained control of it on the relevant Story Post. You may only use Exploit Alliance to gain control of an Aspect that is currently controlled by the Right Claw of your Right Claw, or the Right Claw of your Left Claw.
• Title: Pyrrhic Nova
  Active Effect: Cause any one Kaiju to lose half their current Prestige, rounded up.
  Activation Cost: Half your current Prestige, rounded down
  Restrictions: Pyrrhic Nova is a Mutation, and may only be activated as a Daily Action.
• Title: Breeder Reactor
  Passive Effect: When the next meeting of the Kaiju Court is called, the Attendant shall increase your Prestige by 2 * x, where x is the number of unbroken hours for which you most recently had control of Breeder Reactor.
  Restrictions: Breeder Reactor is a Location. When you gain control of Breeder Reactor, you must increase the Prestige of its previous controller (if any) by 2 * x, where x is the number of unbroken hours for which they most recently had control of Breeder Reactor.
• Title: It’s Just A Rubber Suit
  Active Effect: Reduce the Prestige of any one Kaiju by 10 * the number of Lab Tokens you have.
  Activation Cost: 10 Prestige
  Restrictions: May only be activated as a Daily Action. It’s Just A Rubber Suit may not be used to affect any Kaiju who has at least one Lab Token.

If the EVC of more than one player contains the phrase “oppose [x],” where [x] is the name of one of the Aspects proposed above, do not add that Aspect to the Ruleset when enacting this proposal.
