At the end of the rule Ladder Combo, append the text:
For that Ladder Word to be considered to be in a given proposal, it must appear in the body of the proposal rather than the proposal’s “Flavour text” field.
It’s easy to hit a ladder combo target if you can just snipe it in the flavour text. Let’s make it harder.
I won’t always be keeping track of ladder combos as emperor, so if anyone does spot that a proposal is a naked ladder vehicle then please do flag it to me as I’ll be willing to call trash on such proposals.

This doesn’t do anything. According to “Commentary” in the Appendix, text in the “Commentary or flavour text” field of a proposal is not considered to be part of the post for any rule other than one specific Appendix rule – it isn’t just flavour text, it’s ignored entirely. As such, this change is entirely redundant with the Appendix.
I have to agree with ais523 and furthermore I think we need a CfJ to roll back SB’s Equity gain because the flavour text is in fact not part of the proposal:
For the purposes of all other rules, such text is not considered to be part of the post.
So it can’t be part of a Ladder Combo.
I agree that it was already illegal to use flavor text for a ladder combo, however I don’t see anything wrong with making it a bit more clear.
