I Propose a one-time appropriation of funds for specialized training of the entire staff of the Medical Examiner’s office to be able to identify and recognize the physiological signs of lycanthropy upon postmortem examination.

Decrease the number of euros in the Treasury by 50 000.

Add a Dynastic Rule called “Medical Examiner” with text:

Whenever a Villager becomes Dead, the Mayor shall make a post to the blog which states whether that Villager was a werewolf at time of becoming Dead.  The Mayor may make this post at his convenience, but should do so in a timely manner.
