To the rule “Thermostat,” append the following:
If an Architect’s Site has been deemed Unsafe after being Monitored, and the Site was Unsafe prior to that action, then that Architect (or the Supervisor) must Evacuate their Site by removing any and all Quarters Modules present, making the squares they occupied empty. If this has not been done in 48 hours, any Architect may do so, and the name of the Architect whose Site was demolished shall be moved to the end of the Bidding Queue.
An Architect’s statistics may not be Monitored if the state of their Site (i.e. Maintained Modules have been added, moved, etc.) has not changed since they were last Monitored.
Add a new rule titled “Health and Safety Regulations,” which reads:
An Architect’s Site is deemed Unsafe if any of the following are true:
* Their Temperature is greater than 50 or less than 0
* Their Oxygen is less than 20% or greater than 75%
* Their Temperature is greater than 40 and Oxygen is greater than 50%
* Their Food is less than five times the number of Quarters modules
In “Thermostat,” replace
Any Architect may Monitor any Architect’s statistics at any time, by

If an Architect’s statistics have not been Monitored in the past 24 hours, any Architect may do so by
The numbers in Health and Safety are arbitrary. If they don’t seem reasonable, we can change them. Also, I encourage everyone to propose more safety regulations if you have any ideas.

Demolishing feels a little extreme, and only a very small subset of blocks can allow you to restart: it must have a quarters, a power, and either a hydroponics or both a life support and a docks, and the quarters must be connected to all of the others.
The punitive move to the end of the queue after 24 hours is a shorter time than we normally play in this game, and feels unnecessary.
I do like the idea of declaring a site unsafe. I just think entirely pulling it down is extreme.
Demolishing just Quarters could be an interesting option: no one can live there, but most of the equipment remains.
