In section 1.5 (Enactment) of the ruleset, replace all mentions of “the oldest pending proposal” with the text “any proposal”.

If someething depends upon a later proposal, a clever admin that doesn’t want it to happen could pass it before the proposal it depends upon passes, negating the effects of said proposal.
Also, it’s not going that slow Wakukee. Some people check maybe once a day. Speed it up and you start losing people that can’t spend all day on the site.
Furthermore, it’s usually frowned upon to use CfJs to change the rules when a simple proposal could have been enough.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
