Past the 2nd of Feburary 2020 at 12:00 UTC, an Individual cannot have their Pursuit changed, unless they perform such a change themselves.
I don’t know how it would be done yet, but I forsee that a possibly significant part of the endgame is going to be last-second sniping of people’s Pursuit. I’m not a fan of these kind of timing/racing issues because it’s not intellectual (I feel a lot better about losing to a purely formal scam than annoying little logistics issues, for example), so I’m putting this safeguard in place.
