Add the following text to rule 2.12

First of all, there needs to be a possible bonus due to the Feast.  Second, everyone should be happy on a feast day.

On the day of the Feast of Possible Bonus, each Gostak who hasn’t already done so that day may roll DICEZ, where Z is a number of eir choosing.  If the result is a 1, e gains Z Distimmed Dosh.

Also, on the day of the Feast of Possible Bonus, each Gostak may increase eir own Mood once.

Finally, if the proposal “Reuters” passed, the first Gostak to make a post to Blognomic entitled, “I claim the prize” after the 2006 Feast of Possible Bonus  receives |60.  Then, the first other Gostak to afterwards make a post to Blognomic entitled, “I claim second prize” receives |20.
