Call for Judgment: CfJ loophole

This CfJ had no URL title and was closed to comments.  Really, we can’t allow such oddities of EE to ruin our game by considering them to be valid.

I’m making this because this loophole needs urgent attention.  This post is a demonstration of the loophole.  In remedy, I suggest we set Bucky’s Integrety and Knowledge to 100 and then have someone propose to fix this.
