If Proposal: Bare-Faced Lies failed, this proposal does nothing.

Add a new rule to the ruleset, entitled Sleeves:

Each Reader has a Sleeve, in which they may store up to one Card. The Card stored in each Reader’s Sleeve is tracked in the GNDT. Cards in Sleeves are always Revealed.

As a weekly action, each Player may move any Card in their Sleeve to their Discard pile.

As a weekly action, each Reader may Load their Sleeve by rolling DICEX, where X is the number of Unrevealed Cards. The number so rolled indicated the Card that is drawn from the Deck, in the same manner as set out in the rule entitled “Drawing”. The Reader must then add the indicated Card to their Sleeve.
