In the rule called “Ingredients” replace “As a daily action, a Staff Member may add one kind of edible ingredient to the end of the Ingredient List. “
with
As a daily action, a Staff Member may add one kind of edible ingredient to the end of the Ingredient List, provided it is not currently already in the Ingredient List
This prevents people from just putting a free version of whatever recipe part they need in their current location.
