Proposal: Crisis: Purpleboard again

Set Purplebeard’s Status to Restrained, and his Location to the Basement.

If at least half of all EVCs on this Proposal contain the phrase “arrest this man”, set Purplebeard’s Status to Arrested.

Repropose, because a Crisis may not be proposed, when the lights are out.

Note that Rule 2.3.1 now requires a couple of Guests who voted FOR this Crisis to be in the same room as Purplebeard, for it to enact. (It also requires someone in the Parlour if the EVC rider passes.)

whoa there, hold on a minute, If purplebeard is a murderer, that would mean we have TWO killers on the loose, being in the same room as digibomber when he was savagely (or so I imagine) killed, I can tell you I didn’t glimpse a maid.

On a related note, we should probably free Ornithopter before the real murderer wounds and kills him. I’m pretty sure we can exclude any possibility of him being a murderer at this point, so the real murderer no longer has an incentive to leave him alive.
