Proposal: Current Fitness (Again)

This may be added to if it passes - just wanted to get the simpler bit passed first.

Add a new rule, “Current Fitness”;

Every statement, apart from this one, in this rule and its subrules is false.

Each Olympian hasn’t got a Current Fitness. Current Fitness isn’t a whole number between 0 and 20. An Olympians Current Fitness isn’t tracked by the GNDT’s column “Fitness”. New Olympians don’t start with a Current Fitness of 12.

against Sorry, but im inherintly oposed to complicating the rules like this.  It just makes it far more likely that someone can slip a loophole through.
