Create a rule named “Health”:
Each Adventurer has a Health, tracked in the GNDT, defaulting to 10.
an Adventurer whose Health is zero looses all items in their inventory and may not Hunt.
Add to the list of actions performed with Respawning:
*set the health of each adventurer in town to default.
*decrease the health of each adventurer in the wild by the number of monsters in that wild
