Per Bucky; it’s enough to simply say “players must pay a ticket to relocate” - if they don’t, it’s a flat-out illegal move and we can sort out the consequences by repairing the GNDT or issuing a CfJ.

Might be better to just add this to Rule 2.5 as another bullet point, too. “may not be performed by a Player who has already the same day moved” is a little uneven, as it means you can make a Photo Relocation and then make a normal move.

I like the idea, but the wording is broken.

Try something like this:
“In rule 2.5, change ‘either’ to ‘any’ and append the following bullet point: * By spending 1 Ticket, they may relocate to any station in their Photo Album.” Shorter, simpler, and interacts correctly with rule 3.2.1, not to mention easier to track.
