I think it is a good idea.  But then again, it is mine…

1.  you can’t actually make proposals right now, I think.  I believe we’re on hiatus, though this is certainly a good idea.

2. you don’t actually have to vote FOR your own proposals, it’s assumed you do so (it’s in law 4, I think).

(This is the first nomic game I have ever played, so please pardon my first couple of actions.)

Heh, it is sometimes difficult to tell what actions are permissible in the game and when they are legal. If the next dynasty is anything like its predecessors, the rule set will get terribly complicated and furious loophole scamming will result. 

Don’t worry too much about making mistakes with the rules, as illegal actions seem to happen eventually, whether you intended them or not. =)

The only Dynasty in which loopholes weren’t ruthlessly exploited was the second Dynasty of Josh, and that one died.

How could one have Nomic without loopholes? The mind boggles. I can only remember one unintended exploit in the first dynasty I had, and surely we can do better.

All depends on the theme.  Speaking of which, you want to send me a clue so I can go find me a veto icon?  Also, the GNDT colour scheme can be changed to match the rest of blognomic.

Also, has anyone sent out the Ascention Alert?

I looked through all of the templates and couldn’t find anything for the GNDT. I went through the CGI scripts and it didn’t seem like the hex values in the scripts matched the colors on the GNDT, so I didn’t change anything. I’m sure I missed something.

Hrm, I’m not a moderator on http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/blognomic-alert/, so I can’t send out an ascention alert. If anybody else has the privledges, it would be nice if somebody could do so.
