Change the bulleted list of Cards in the rule “Drawing” to a numbered list.
Rename the Card “Zero of Staves” to “Zero of Swords.”
The list is actually, at this moment, bulleted, because Bare-Faced Lies reverted Chewing the Baize. Thanks to Quirck for pointing that out.
Or the numbers were always in the contents only and i just wasn’t paying attention? :)

Quirck: the numbers still exist in the (hidden) wiki sidebar menu. I raised this last time I unidled but no-one seemed to mind. I’m not convinced it’s okay but I can’t conceive of it causing any actual problems either.
Oh, thanks, your comment made me search for this hidden thing, and I found the option to turn on the numbers: it is in Preferences under Appearance - Advanced options - Auto-number headings. So everyone can choose to show or hide numbering as they like
It was a side-effect of upgrading to the latest version of MediaWiki. I thought we looked into re-enabling them at the time and couldn’t find a way to, but it looks like $wgDefaultUserOptions[‘numberheadings’] = 1; in the LocalSettings.php should do it. I’ll dig out the server login details and make the change some time.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

By the way, why did the rule numbers disappear? (Sorry if it was outlined somewhere, I didn’t notice.) Hiatus banner still refers to the rule 1.7: should we adjust the banner or recover the numbering?
