Add the following to the list of Power Actions

Disrupting is a Power Action with a cost of 2 that each Vampire Lord may perform no more than once between each Enter the Crypt action. When a Vampire Lord carries out an Enchantment they may pick a room and spend the Shadow cost of an Effect in Puissance in that room to temporarily disable that effect.
