If there is a rule called “Do-Groups” then repeal it. Enact a rule entitled “Do-Groups” as follows:
Each Employee may transfer Options, Vested Value, or Shares in BCC to another Employee.
Per the appendix: “to “transfer” or “pay” X of a numeric value “V” from A to B means to subtract X from A’s V and add X to B’s V. Unless otherwise specified, only positive amounts can be spent, paid, lost, gained, or transferred… and a rule that allows Employees to transfer or pay a numeric value to another Employee only allows them to transfer that value from themselves to that other Employee (of their choice unless otherwise stated).”
because, as explained before, this makes it trivial for poolers to bypass certain restrictions currently in place
