Bucky is up to something. I’m not entirely sure what, but I have something of an idea, at least. If I’m right, voting this proposal down should be safe enough, and allowing it to pass is clearly a bad idea even if no scam is involved (unless you’re really itching to play a Bucky dynasty right now and are bored of this one already).

I know what he’s doing. It’s not a big deal.
