Add a new rule entitled Objectives:

There exists a wiki document known as The Dossier, which contains a list of all possible Objectives. As a weekly action, an Agent may telephone the Director of Operations to request assignment to an Objective. The Agent may request a specific Objective, but the Director of Operations is not obliged to respect this wish.

Upon receiving such a request, the Director of Operations may assign an Agent to a certain Objective, and if he does so, shall mark upon the wiki document the fact that the Objective has an assigned Agent. The Director of Operations should not compromise the Agent’s identity with this action.

An Agent may be unassigned from an Objective by the Director of Operations at any time, and may only be assigned to a single objective at a given time.

The Director of Operations may not assign Objectives to Agents, but he may remove this sentence from the rules by posting a Story Post stating that he is doing so.
