Proposal: Downsizing

Enact a new subrule of the rule “Committees”, named “Terminations”, containing the following text:

The Terminations Committee has six Seats. Its power is to remove a single Clerk from a single Committee, other than the Terminations Committee, unless that Committee does not have more Members than Seats. This Power is Regulated.

Just a thought. I think there should probably be a monetary compensation for being removed from a Committee, I just don’t know how much.

This could be dangerous if it gets a lot of overlap with the Supply Committee, assuming they both pass, but it should be possible to avoid that.
