Repeal the rule “Hallucinations.”

Of course, if “Everyone’s trash” passes, this is no longer a Hallucination Proposal.

I just noticed that when a column is removed from the GNDT, previously logged changes to it also disappear. As if it was all an illusion!

What happens when a rule with a subrule is repealed?

Yes. In this case this proposal would have stopped being counted as Hallucination, though, as the Hallucination effect only happens for “the repeal of a single dynastic rule which has no subrules”.
