Amend Rule 1.8 by making the first paragraph read:
BlogNomic is divided into a number of Dynasties. Each Dynasty is headed by a single @, known as the RNG. The first RNG of a dynasty is its Progenitor; a dynasty is named for its Progenitor according to the number of Dynasties its Progenitor has headed (eg. “The First Dynasty of Myke”).
We’re technically in a dynasty of Bucky right now, which does seem wrong.
Is this really the right way? Bucky’s previous Dynasty was “The Third”. This Dynasty is would be named after DC (which is fine). Bucky’s next Dynasty would then be “The Fifth Dynasty of Bucky”.
If that’s what you want, vote FOR. But I think it’s silly to skip a number. 
something like “according to the number of times its Progenitor has previously been a Progenitor” might be better.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
