Third time’s the charm.
Add a new rule to the ruleset, as follows.
If an Olympian who signs up to participate in an event ends up in sole possession of last place among all competitors in that event (including both Olympians and other competitors, if any, that may be identified in the description of the event), and the Olympian does not win any Medals in the event, then the Olympian is awarded one Popularity point.
