Add the following to the list of Agenda Points in the rule entitled Institute Proposals:
- Making a Collector into a Researcher (This is a High-Risk Agenda Point.)
Add the following to the end of the first paragraph of the rule entitled Researchers and Collectors:
Any Individual who has been made a Researcher through an Institute Proposal may once change their Pursuit to any other legal value within 24 hours of that Institute Proposal having been enacted.
Making the internal politics of researchers potentially a bit more messy
This enables the little group of Researchers to turn Collectors into Researchers against their will.
