If Proposal: Best Castles to Live In 2024 was not enacted then this proposal has no effect.
In the rules Reputation and Waves, excluding their subrules, change all instances of the number 5 to the number 2.
2 additional serfs every three days is still pretty fast! It’s going to be a while before any of us take damage just on our current defences, by the time we get there we could all very easily have 15 serfs +, at which point it’s likely that we’ll just never get damaged at all.
Oh, never mind, misread the separation of rules and thought this would reduce the enemy growth roll as well. CoV: 
Alternatively, could have the reputation keep growing and just do like 1 serf per 2 or 3 rep instead.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
