Proposal: Feelin’ Hot, Hot, Hot

editted after a comment—Yoda

Replace the text of Rule 2.2.1 “Writer Help” with the following text:

When the Writer votes on a proposal he may include with his vote the words Hot, Warm, Cool or Cold, to denote how closely to the theme the Writer feels the proposal is. The warmer the temperature, the closer to the theme the proposal is. If the Writer includes the word Hot on his last counted vote, and the proposal passes, when the new rule is added to the ruleset it will include the tag [HINT] in the title of the rule. The Member of the Staff who submitted the Hot proposal, within 48 hours of the passage of the proposal, may then steal a Guess from another Member of the Staff.

This fixes a typo, provides a reward for Hot proposals, a method for gaining guesses, and also encourages Staff Members to use their guesses before someone steals them.

You can’t make a post a proposal after a comment has been made.  Also, this still doesn’t fix the “[Hint]” in the title of the rules.
