His point is kinda separate though. He says there is no clause to fix an illegal action. There is a clause saying I can edit it when I enact a proposal and there is no time limit set saying that I can’t finish enacting.

You explicitly can’t edit the Ruleset except in ways the Ruleset allows. The Ruleset doesn’t allow for undoing illegal edits to itself. We should probably fix this? But the last fix was a bust, because, well, legally being allowed to revert “improper” edits of any sort is uh. Broken. (You were right about me being wrong about the Ruleset reflecting gamestate, instead of actually being it, but, the improper thing is still kinda a big problem.
