If the Proposal has not been enacted, enact it, specifying in the admin note that it has been enacted by this proposal.
In the Rule Night, change “the number of times it appeared on Menus” to “the number of Menus that it appeared upon”.
If a Quorum of Trucks have the phrase “DISHES” in their EVC, also change “the number of Menus that it appeared upon” to “the number of Dishes that included it”.
