In the rule “Flunkies”, remove the three Martial Law actions.
Any Flunky located at the Barracks, Air Base or Naval Yard shall be moved to Home.
The move-20-points-ahead-of-someone Martial Law actions are perhaps too much of a disincentive to leave the house. Eight out of eleven Flunkies are at Home right now.
I prefer it if Home was nerfed a bit to encourage riskier play.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
