Add to the bulleted list in the end of “Training”:

* If e has not done so in the last 48 hours and X is greater than zero, an Olympian may set eir training points to X, where X is equal to the average (rounded down) of the total of each other Olympian’s attributes minus the total of eir own attributes. So if Clucky had 2,3,3,3; Elias had 4,2,2,3; Bucky had 3,3,5,1 and Chronos had 2,2,2,2, e would set eir Training Points to 3: ((11+11+12)/3)-8 = 11-8 = 3

As a housekeeping suggestion, to make this easier, may I suggest that another column be added to the data table that contains the sum of each Olympian’s attributes—skipping the step of adding up the four attributes would make computing the averages quicker and easier.
