Create the following rule:
A Pawn achieves victory if they are the first to make make a blog post with the Super Treasure and the title “I found the Treasure!”.
The Super Treasure is a text string which shall be hidden by the Kings somewhere on the Blognomic blog, Slack or wiki. The Super Treasure contains the following text string: Super Treasure.

I’m concerned about the obvious enactment race but I prefer to have an Emperor at all than a metadynasty and having one that has “earned” the position via some feat (like, they still have to do the challenge of finding this thing) which overall is a lesser evil than just rolling it or something, I feel.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
