At present, the ruleset uses the terms “game” and “round” pretty interchangably to describe tic tac toe. This has led to a difference in interpretation between Clucky and myself. He thinks that the ruleset defines games of tic tac toe and implies that rounds exist as a different category of entity, despite not being defined in the ruleset; I think that the ruleset treats them as synonyms.
