Throughout the Ruleset and the GNDT, replace “Hometown” with “Location”.
Well that changes things, doesn’t it? Hometown, I thought, was meant to be a sliver into an Actor’s past, not a definite location that could provide definite restrictions on eir actions.
Doremi’s argument sums my thoughts. Perhaps add a stat for current location?
But why make Hometown changeable on a weekly basis? It doesn’t make sense.

I maintain my for because we can change our hometown…if we want hometown to be a static location it should be chosen and then remain constant.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
