Proposal: Hats of Power

Make a new subrule to Rule 2.19 Hats titled “Hat Hierarchy” with the following text:

A Contestant wearing a Green, Yellow, or Red Hat cannot Vote for a Contestant wearing a Blue Hat. A Contestant wearing a Yellow or Red Hat cannot Vote for a Contestant wearing a Green Hat. A Contestant wearing a Red Hat cannot Vote for a Contestant wearing a Yellow Hat. A Contestant who is not wearing a Hat cannot Vote. If a Vote is currently set to a value that is illegal under this Rule, then reset that Vote to its default value.

Well, this would make Hats do something.

I personally don’t mind this, but other people seem not to like it. I don’t care enough to vote FOR or AGAINST on this, so I’ll leave it as no-vote. (Not to mention, self-killing someone else’s proposal again would be kind-of weird…)
