Proposal: Helping out the coach

Add the following to end of rule 2.3.2 training:

*For each event run, the coach may award up to five TP to Olympian whom the coach deems helped write the event. The amount of TP should be proportional to the amount of help writing the event, that is, a near copy of the event should earn 5 TP while only a small idea should earn 1 TP.

for although I would suggest that the rule be specify that the number of TP to be awarded is to be determined in the Coach’s discretion—otherwise, although it’s clear that the Coach decides whether to award TP to a particular Olympian in respect of a particular event at all, it is not clear who decides how many TP are to be awarded.
