Proposal: Herd Mentality, my take (trivial)

Failed 3-6 -Amnistar

Adminned at 02 Apr 2007 14:12:41 UTC

Rewrite the main part of rule Evolution, so it reads:

There exists a wiki page entitled [[The Creature Page]] which contains information about lifeforms. Each lifeform is given one entry on “The Creature Page” which contains the lifeform’s name and any evolutionary variables currently being tracked.

How could two Giant Spaghetti Moths be totally different?

Doesn’t that just entirely remove the part about requiring unique names? Creature names really shouldn’t be the same…

I’ll be reposting my original changes as trivial.

I think that there should be a clause pertaining to the changing of a creature’s name. against

for Seebo, Axeling:  This Proposal completely does away with Creature Names.  A good idea, I think, considering the headaches they seem to be causing.

If you want the flavor of Creature Names, I suppose nothing stops you from writing one into a description (which would not be part of the Gamestate, of course).

imperial Does anybody have an idea about how to make the creature names important?

for Oh yeah, I don’t like Creature Names. The only use I could see is if we controlled more than one creature.

I’ll leave it up to Clucky if we want to keep creature names or no.

I thought I had voted against

I like creature names. They may serve a purpose eventually.
