In the Rule “Location”, add the following paragraph after the paragraph that begins with “Each Location has a Capacity”:
Each Location has an Action, which is blank by default, but when it is not blank must contain the description of an action that can be taken, followed by a non-negative integer in square brackets, referred to as the Cost of that Action. Any Villager in that Location may spend that Cost in Time, then perform the Action specified for that Location.
In the Rule “Location”, set the Action for the Pork Curing Shed to:
If the Villager has 1 or more Meat in their Items, remove 1 Meat and add 5 to the Villager’s Heat from curing the Meat, cooking it, and eating it [10]
In the Rule “Items” add a subrule titled “Meat” and give it the following text:
A Villager who has at least 1 Meat can spend 5 units of Time to remove 1 Meat from their Items and gain 1 Heat from eating the raw meat
EDIT (x2): Replaced the original Proposal and the subsequent Proposal with a completely different one so that I don’t waste a slot.
Giving us something to do with the Locations besides avoiding being Outside. The pork curing shed improves the benefits of Meat.

I think the first part of this is redundant with Di5VT5PzH1Y, yes?
