Add to “Anatomy”:
An Organ can have Hypertrophy (noted in the GNDT in the State section as Hyper-X, where X is the name of their State). Organs with Hypertrophy can store 2 additional nutrients.
Grant Hypertrophy to all Organs who are storing 3 or more nutrients at the moment of enacting this proposal.
Ok, I see, you think that this is some attempt at the “play” you defined on the wiki as “bamdam”. To illustrate this play, you link to two proposals, one of which failed and one of which would have failed if the emperor had voted against it. I gather you want an example of this actually working to justify that entry, but this “play” is blatantly against the principle of fair play and doesn’t work.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
