In the rule Weather, change the following text
They shall then add to the top of the Weather page the new weather condition and sign it with current date/time (use Chivalrybean 03:34, 30 Jan 2011 (GMT)).

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

Surely this is just an “obvious typographical error”, fixable by any admin per 1.1? You entered the text ~~~~ without escaping it, and the wiki interpreted it differently.
