Add the following before the last paragraph of the rule called “Berlin 1946.”

As a Daily Action, any Agent may do one but not both of the following:

• Move to another Location within their current Area, and then truthfully update their own Last Known Location field in the GNDT to reflect this.  They must then Telephone the D-Ops to inform them of their new Location.
• Truthfully update their own Last Known Location field in the GNDT to their current Location, and then move to another Location within their current Sector.  They must then Telephone the D-Ops to inform them of their new Location.
