Proposal: Idle Training, for real

Timed out. Passes 5-4. Enacted by Clucky.

Add to the bulleted list in the end of “Training”:

* Just before an Olympian goes Idle for not voting in a week, the Training Points that Olympian would have at the moment of Idling shall be distributed equally (round down) between all the remaining Olympians and the Idling Olympian’s Training Points shall be set to zero.

This really goes against the spirit of a returning Olympian having the same stats e left with.  Notwithstanding, the returning player may get a TP level similar to the one a new player would have, since e can set eir TP to the average of attributes held by other Olympians. And this only affects the ones going Idle for not voting in a time. If you choose to go Idle for the weekend, your TP’s are not distributed.

against but I will change my vote if the proposal is re-proposed to include a clause that permits the Coach to waive the effect in a particular instance.

for Any really active player doesn’t have tons of TP just sitting around. This would only really hurt someone if they just made their account and did nothing about it. Losing 3 TP isn’t the end of the world.

I am against people who horde training points in the first place. If you are hording them and go idle, its your own fault.

against , given that I plan on going idle later this week;  I doubt Spikebrennan’s ammendment will pass by then.
