Create a new rule entitled “Coward’s way out”:
As a weekly action, a Bill Murray can choose to “take the coward’s way out”. A Bill Murray who takes the coward’s way out should make a post to the blog explaining this. He then may add DICE30 to his icicles, but may not vote on any proposals until both the following conditions have been met:
At least one instance of the time and day Monday 00:00:01 has passed since he took the coward’s way out.
At least 48 hours have passed since he took the coward’s way out.
