Enact a new rule entitled “REALTOR Points” as follows:
Each Realtor has a number of REALTOR Points, or RP, which defaults to 0.
Selling a house should be worth one RP; selling a house profitably should be worth multiple RPs; losing money on a sale should be a wash. We might also add point chances for successful exorcisms or trap-kills.
Point chances? Why not use fractional points, (or multiply everything by 10, if you want to stick with integers)?
I like where this is going, anyway. 
It’s possible to find how much was spent on every Auction. But probably very difficult to sell a house for cheaper than most of those, even going forward. I suppose we could define profitability based on a House’s statistics? But we did Fail something that looked like that before, and it probably hasn’t gotten easier…
I’d just say that managing to do it is just bonus points.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
